Our Classes

At the heart of what we do is Bikram yoga 90 minute, 26 posture yoga. In addition, if you have a bit less time or like to mix it up a little, we offer a variety of different classes to suit all schedule and needs.
  • 90 Minute session
  • Bikram Yoga sequence. 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises in the hot room
  • Original, traditional hot yoga sequence
  • Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced
  • Perfect for: Getting a full mind and body workout in the hot room, its our most-loved traditional class
Class Times
  • 60 Minute session of shortened Bikram Yoga sequence
  • 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises,faster paced and only 1 set of some postures
  • Suitable for: All levels (but we recommend not coming to a 60 minute on your first ever Bikram Class)
  • Perfect for: Those with a little less time – full and familiar Bikram session but in a snappy 60 minutes

  • Hight intensity, Low Impact with Pilates principles
  • Heated room with high energy movement with motivating music.
  • Suitable for: All levels (but please contact us if you have wrist or shoulder injuries)
  • Perfect for: People focusing on core strength, overall fitness and fun.

  • Standing & floor postures to uplifting music
  • Flowing and challenging yoga for all levels
  • Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced (not recommended for severe ongoing back issues)
  • Perfect for: A fast-paced class, fun, something new

  • Standing & floor postures to uplifting music
  • Flowing and challenging yoga for all levels
  • Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced (not recommended for severe ongoing back issues)
  • Perfect for: A fast-paced class, fun, something new.
Class Times
  • 60 Minute session calm floor postures
  • Postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body with mellow tunes to help you relax
  • Restores and maintains natural mobility of joints and tissues, feel relaxed and restored afterwards.
  • Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced
  • Perfect for: A complimentary practice to your faster more rigorous class, try something new!
